Reviews
"We stopped to walk across the swinging bridge. The bridge was in disrepair. No other hiking trails. So we left."
"Very nice place for family gathering the swimming and small play ground make it nice for the children too enjoy"
"Great place to visit if you enjoy nature. Being close to interstate 80 it can be loud, but the nature sounds are still there with birds, water, etc. There are lots of places for kids to play, and it is a safe area. It was easy to find and lots of parking spots."
"It is a nice place for a small picnic. Well maintained. In the past, swimming was allowed but with the higher water standards imposed about ten years ago, swimming is now normally prohibited."
"We stopped here with our dog since we've seen this park from I-80 plenty of times, and we thought it looked quaint! So, the actual park itself does not allow dogs. Which of course we thought was just not nice! But there is a sweet man made waterfall. There also is a suspension bridge for foot traffic which leads you to a picnic area and from what we could tell a decent trail that does allow dogs. We walked/ ran with the pup for about a mile maybe a little more. Also, there was a dog poop bag dispenser at the front of the bridge and trash bags along a paved path from the parking area to the suspension bridge."
