Salon 340

"Absolutely awful!! I called in august to get in just for a trim and waited a weak but no one called me back. My previous salon just moved locations so I was trying to find a place closer to home and this one was 5 minutes down the road. I eventually went in to make an appointment, was told there phone system wasn’t even on and the woman I spoke to wasn’t accepting clients but she would have one of the other girls there give me a call. I waited a month and didn’t hear back. I eventually went in again and booked an appointment in person. I show up for my appointment and she’s not even there! No one offered to call her or anything. I just needed a trim. They even told me I had the wrong location until I explained I booked it in person, it’s like they were trying to gaslight me. I was told I could wait until there was an opening between clients but after 15 minutes, I just left. Horrible experience, do not ever go there. If you are a new customer then they don’t care about you and will screw you over."

"They never answer their phone, tried for two days to reach someone! So, I walked in to ask for an appointment, the woman doing nails was very rude! Looked at me and didn't even get up to greet me. With sarcasm in her voice asked what I wanted, I said an appointment for my hair! She said have you gone anywhere else? I replied yes but was not happy, she then said WELL we aren't taking any new clients! Didn't even say sorry or recommend anything! Guess, they DON'T NEED MY MONEY!! And I DON'T NEED THEIR IGNORANCE! Just plain rude!"
