"Our food was pretty good, but the server forgot everything. We ordered an appetizer & got our salad, coleslaw & dinner before we got our app & when the waitress Taylor asked if we needed anything I asked her where the app was & she didn’t even notice we didn’t have our app. I asked for another drink and never received it, but our food eas pretty decent minus the coleslaw."

"Have eaten here so many times, but this was the last time. After sitting over an hour for wings and one sandwich, bringing it to the owners attention and being told the kitchen is backed up. But several 2 top and 4 top tables sitting after us and getting wings and being served before ours. Being told by our waitress since they had 2 people not 5 their orders were filled first. Not how that is supposed to work. Then when it did come out sandwich was burnt but ice cold. Then the owner never came back to our table. Don't ever need to give him my $100 + order. If it could be zero stars I would."

"The place was busy and understaffed so I understand the lack in service. We ordered wings and a portobello sandwich no cheese. The wings came out cold, the sandwich only had mushrooms no lettuce or tomato. Everything was very salty. When we got the bill, we were charged more than what was advertised on the menu (see pics). Won't be returning."

"i have Been going to All Star for 4 years now. We come from NY every year to go to 3 to 4 Steelers games. we are season ticket holders. After every Steelers game we go to All Star for dinner. Every meal we have had from there has been excellent. We went last night as usually expecting a great meal. My Wife's wine had a bug in it, she asked for chardonnay and was given moscato. my friends grilled chicken avocado salad was horrible. The avocados were like rubber you couldn't even cut them. Last was my Sons burger it was so burnt it was half the size of the bun. After all this I didn't say anything about the bug or the avocado, but after the burger I went up to the owner because he has been there every time we have gone, and when I told him everything that happened his answer was you should just ask for a new drink. Now I didn't expect a free meal, but after all this I would have expected the owner to come to our table and apologize for the poor meal. please do yourself a favor and skip this place"

"Really enjoyed the zues sauce they have for wings, nice atmosphere, good crowd and great service but the wings themselves are not the best in quality.. Alternatively the price is attractive given todays outrageous market but if your looking for genuinely great wings that were never frozen etc you would have to look elsewhere. Still a place worth dropping into, some of the burger descriptions looked excellent!"
