"If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had this bank for maybe 25 years. The manager is horrible. He’s rude and disrespectful. No loyalty to their customers. Manager gets his panties in a bunch when a younger man makes more money than him. Ridiculous bank. THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU!!!!!! Highly recommend M&T bank in Wayne. Best bank I’ve ever been to!"

"I absolutely LOVE this bank. I have had this bank since I was a kid, and the staff have been nothing but professional and helpful. The rates are great, you can do everything you need from your online account, and you can ALWAYS get in touch with someone. Specifically just today I had a great experience, but they shared since the bank is so small, I couldn't leave a review or customer satisfaction statement, so I am hoping that this will suffice!"

"This is an update to an earlier review. Over the past year, dozens of legitimate transactions have been flagged, including Venmo and Lyft, and even my web host, exactly when I needed them most. Because this bank has a horrendous track record with security, they have decided that the easiest way to deal with the threat is restrict all of the most most common transactions. They’re response, is “well, you can link these transactions directly to your bank account”. Let’s think about that…if a transaction is fraudulent, why would I want it Linked directly to my account? I hope others who have experienced this abysmal level of security will also post here. As for me, my days at this bank are numbered."

"Nice local bank. The tellers are friendly and helpful. One very great feature of this bank lobby is the change sorting machine. You can exchange your coins for cash with no 12 percent hit like a coin star machine. Will visit again"
