"What took me so long!? Absolutely divine. Baked empanadas. So light and so yummy. Do not be fooled by the size. These babies are totally filled! I had a sampling of chicken, ham &cheese, spinach (real, not frozen) and cheese, sweet corn, pork. Irresistibly good. No doughy dough here. Just a beautiful thin dough. Be wise, go try some and bring the frozen ones home!"
