"I asked for the fries cook to order twice and the employee ensured me that they would be. Instead they were soggy. Same with my double quarter pounder, which is supposed to always be made a la cart. I wish he would’ve just been upfront that he was too lazy to do his job so that I could have saved the ridiculous amount of money I paid for inedible food."

"I mean.. its McDonald's. The one thing about the Bridgeville McDonald's is that they have never messed up an order, the drive thru is always quick, and the staff is always friendly. That's hard to find at a regular restaurant anymore, let alone fast food. The older lady who takes drive-thru orders is always so friendly."

"Fair warning, do not go overnights here, if the “special” team is working. They do not listen to orders on the speaker, they take forever to make food, and when they do, it’s wrong when you special order anything. My burgers tonight were supposed to have extra pickles, extra onions, and they had neither. I’m lucky the burger came properly with meat, cheese, ketchup, and a bun."
