"Had a problem with a card purchase, went to the collegeville branch told the associates that I was having a problem with a mobile card purchase the associates worked on the problem till it got straightened out, I don't think at a big bank I would have received the personalized service I received from the credit union and just I read a review that someone wrote that it is almost impossible to get through to someone which is totally wrong because I never waited more than a minute to speak to someone. Join the Superior Credit Union you won't regret it."

"Customer service USED to be great here, not anymore. Very disappointed in the decline of this bank. I often get rude customer service over the phone. Had a fraudulent charge on my account. They used to handle this themselves. Now they give me a number to call which comes up as R and K Landscaping. Called the Pottstown office it came up this number is not in service. Collegeville office no answer, called numerous times. never returned my call. Time for a new bank."
