"our work always orders online for pick up. it does not matter what time we pick our food up... its either cold OR were waiting a half hour for them to make it when order is placed hours prior. I'm not sure if the employee's were just tossed into a roll there? I can understand that with it being a new location. lots of times were always missing something from our meal.... ingredients are always wrong!!! idk what there trying to make. it feels as if its a guessing game."

"Ordered on the app for pickup Friday 1/5. We were missing four items and the tacos we did receive had almost no filling. I reached out using the app about the issues with the order, and did not receive a response. We will not be returning."

"They were kind people and very generous…yes anytime I went there I was always missing something because they are new with new people! Did they replace it? Yes! Did they apologize and give me coupons for next time? Absolutely! They are people to and people make mistakes! It is how you recover the mistake that you make! "New location and first time visiting. Not too many patrons, but inside was a bit messy. Tables dirty and by soda machine area trashy. We got there around 7:30 p.m. and this location closes at 9 p.m. We ordered our meals by mobile and went in to pick it up. Got inside and was given our 2 drink cups. We waited another 10 minutes before the employee advised us they were out of the rolled chicken tacos. He asked what we would like as a replacement. Another 5 minutes goes by then the manager addressed us and she told us their machine was down and no chalupa either. We canceled and asked for our refund. For only being open approximately a month, they're having issues with their fryer. Guess we won't be returning to this Taco Bell."

"I understand this location is new, but this was a whole new level of terrible! Placed an order at 11:56.... Didn't have my order until 12:20... JUST FOR THE LARGEST ITEM TO BE MISSING. Wait for the missing item while the rest of my food gets cold. No apology, No offer to comp. I say "excuse me" and get told "I'm too busy to help you".... There's 8 people in the building . That's too busy?? GM is doing an interview... pause the interview to take care of customers... Sets the tone that service is the standard."
