Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Rip off. burritos and bowls packed full of rice, and little of everything else. The bit of chicken (that we usually love) that was in there was gristly. Worst Chipotle experience ever."

"I’ve been going to this chipotle for years. The dining area has never been that great. Always lacked cleanliness. Just, as if there was no staff to go wipe the tables, like ever. Food has been good and consistent for the most part. I always get a chicken bowl. The employees are mediocre. They are not the most happy of people. Tonight, I was getting chipotle, dine in, and they did my bowl only to tell me when I was paying I couldn’t get chips, as they were reserved for online orders. Okay, sure, you’re almost out (they looked stocked to me, but I understand) but the least you can do is tell me before I place an order. So I placed an online order for nothing but chips. They acted like I was crazy, but i wanted chips, so as stupid as it was I was going to place an online order. Idk if this place needs happier management, or what, but it’s just very mediocre. Sad because I love their food, hate the service."

"I've tried so hard with this Chipotle. I've been a customer of various Chipotles for a long time. There is a night time manager who works here who is so nice and makes sure that everything is good. I had ordered something online once and when I got to the store they didn't have it and she knocked it out of the park making me something else. But this place just is awful. I've seen management yell at the young lady with special needs in front of customers. I've had a staff person yell at me because she didn't know how to work the computer and log my purchase on my app. The food I received today was awful. I was grateful my burrito was free because if I had had to pay for it I would have been so mad. It wasn't even half full. Then after I ate, since I decided this is my last visit to this Chipotle I decided to use my last coupon for something free and the manager at the register wasn't going to take it at first. Just really disappointed with this place. I will pop in soon to see the nice manager because one time I went in after work and she said it had been a long time and asked how I'd been. But anymore I just can't. Food quality, customer service, and even just coworker to coworker respect doesn't exist here and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere."

"The guy seeing was rude, impersonable, and obviously unable to try and fix issues.. it was before 9 pm, and I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos he mumbled no tacos.. i let that slide even though you literally sell, like what 10 things that basically take the same ingredients, just sizing of a tortilla.... then we started he asked if I wanted black or the other beans. I said black, and he said no black beans.. so he likes to drop the spoon as if I wasted his time.. then I asked for Barbados. He grabbed tongs and got 1 very small pinch of meat and moved on.. this the smallest burrito I have ever ordered from Chipotle... I may never go back again what a waste of money. Now when I got to the register the young lady was very friendly and provided good service."

"Good food but nasty dining area tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. And one of the staff was super rude because I grabbed napkins from beside the counter instead of fountain bar. Also 3 of their 6 trash cans were overflowing. Girls bathroom wasn’t too bad but there were no signs indicating where they were."
