"I have tried to ignore. However this is my 3rd incident of subtle hostility by the same person. It's frankly blatant at this point and seriously I do not appreciate it. Other branches, no problems. Mt. Pocono lady appears to have issues with my management of my finances."

"NBT Bank, Mount Pocono is no longer a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT. Like many of you, I have been hit hard from the COVID-19 & incredible Inflation. NBT no longer cares about their loyal customers. Marie, Lisa both Mgrs, at NBT no longer help or care how many fees per day, they access their loyal, long term customers who have been banking with NBT for Up to 10 years. Not so long ago I personally would receive a phone call from my branch manager advising me to make a Deposit. What a shame! Looking for recommendations for a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY Bank."
