All three times he help resolve an issue I had. Tell me a large bank president that will call you at home to ask how he can help? Personal service and results is what one wants when your money is involved. I get both at FNCB. If you are frustrated with the lack of personal service at your large bank, like I was, switch to FNCB. "This bank is unaccountable for its mistakes. They prefer to blame the customer for there errors. Taking money from others accts. For payments and when your called out you play dumb. Forshame. Not a place you can trust with your money. That's why the rating is 2.5. I guess. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. But you have to to write a review."
