"Literally the worst food I've ever paid for. What's ironic is it was after Big Burrito corp completely blew my anniversary dinner on 11/11 at their restaurant, Eleven and gave us a gift card to the rest of their restaurants. Service and food at both these places were a joke. We barely ate any of food and the waiter just asked if we wanted a box instead of asking how our meal was. Both times we ended up leaving and going to Applebees, whose mediocre food was still better than anything Big Burritos fed me and my partner. Avoid Big Burrito corp"

"We got waited on right away, and our server was very attentive. We got our drinks and chips very quickly and she took our orders. The meals were very good and everyone was satisfied. It was a good experience with no problems."

"My husband order us mad mex through DoorDash- two orders of wings and chicken tacos. We were very disappointed with the quality of the chicken and fries. It all tasted like it was left in the fryer for way too long. Most of it was inedible being chewy, dry and hard. The only thing we could eat is the chips which were from a bag and queso. It was extremely disappointing to spend $60 and still have to make dinner again."

"In my personal opinion, the food was pretty bomb!!! Really enjoyed it!! Plenty of options to choose from!! As a vegetarian, for the first time I was between sooo many things looked good. And the surprising, the food was very yummy - surpassed all of my expectations. Got the chickpea chili burrito and chicken tinga burrito - both were very yummy. Got the 3-dip salsa and chips - also really flavorful and unique. The staff was amazing!!! Upon entering, the staff greeted us with a big smile and seated us. Shoutout to Evan for serving us Friday night - he was really nice :)) and the manager was also extremely kind and nice. Overall, highly recommend it :))"
