Had I treated this same guest like this in my place of business, I guarantee she would cause a huge scene and I would be potentially fired. Another entitled baby boomer who knows everything. Having a small business is a small city does not give you the right to say your mind at will. Would LOVE to support local businesses, but after many issues around town we will be taking our money to PA."
