"Ashley was very kind to me and did a great job cutting my hair. Months ago, I put my hair up in a ponytail and cut it off at the base which was an extreme misjudgment on my part. When I came to her to sort out my situation, she didn't make me feel self-conscious for my mistake. Ashley worked with me to get my hair back into a reasonable style."

"I'm very satisfied with my experience with Ashley. She took the time to talk through what I wanted for my haircut, and she made sure to double and triple check the length she was cutting. She really made sure that I was satisfied with the length, and so there was no feeling after the cut of, "Oh no, it's too short." She also walked me through styling options and how to keep my hair healthy. I'm really pleased. The price point was higher than I expected, so if you have long hair or curly hair, do expect there to be an additional fee. However, I thought the price was worth it for the service of getting my hair washed, cut, and styled. I recommend the thick, curly haired ladies to definitely get a cut from Ashley!"

"The salon is tucked away in a shopping plaza, there is definitely parking but took a second to figure out where on the outskirts of the plaza it can be found. Overall the service was quick and straightforward. Booking an appointment online first certainly helped things move along on a busy Saturday morning."

"Worst hair cut I've ever had not even close to what I wanted I'm going to have to wear a hat for weeks now never going back the guy that cut my hair was super nice but did now give me what I wanted at all. Photo down below what I showed him to do vs what I got. Worst $30 I've ever spent hope no one else gets scammed. I want my money back I have the bank statement of the money leaving my account so they can't say I don't have a receipt."

"DO NOT USE ANTONIO! Worse haircut I've ever had. Picture speaks for itself. It was late and I was more concerned with my daughter's hair. Stupid me because after tipping Antonio and paying $98. I got this. Way shorter than i asked for and more to fix it. Random layers and obviously uneven. Shame on haircuttery for keeping him on after now seeing bad reviews on him. I did get it fixed by a lovey woman for free. But I tipped her and drove the 40mins there. No refund. Not even my tip back from Antonio. Leaving me a unhappy customer, bad business. Wish I would of seen the bad reviews before using him. Update: I was called by the hair cuttery manager. She apologized on behalf of the stylist and was assured it I would get a full refund. Still did not receive a refund. And Antonio is still listed as a head stylist on website."
