"Read the screen, put the correct food in the bags, and distribute it. I guess it's too difficult to do that and now I've been calling trying to get a refund for all the wrong food I got and no one wants to answer. We waited 12 minutes and paid $50.14 for the wrong food that no one ordered and no one is going to eat. And it was so poorly put together. I just want a refund, please answer your phone."

"This is without a doubt the worst Wendy's restaurant in Pittsburgh. I've had bad experiences there before, and have seen temporary improvements, but they never last. The issue is the collective attitude of the employees who end up there, and what I'd guess is inconsistent management. Today I wait at the counter over 5 minutes. There are several employees visible, all of whom have their back to the counter refusing to in any way acknowledge my presence. It's time to give up and close this location. The ambivalence of the hired staff towards any concern about customer acknowledgement, let alone actual service gives me pause when I might patronize Wendy's restaurants in other areas. The ability to ignore people standing right in front of them goes beyond awareness, and is a learned and practiced contempt for people trying to patronize this restaurant."

"One of my favorite fast food places! (And I mean that about every Wendy's not just this one in particular) Also, if you haven't gotten into Wendy's rewards system (mobile app), I suggest you do because it offers some really good deals and lots of money saving opportunities. Also, the biggie bags are a great value deal! No, I do not work for Wendy's nor am I employed by them in any way, just want to share some tips and tricks!"

"My husband and I stopped at the Leetsdale Wendy's for dinner last night. When we walked in we noticed the floors and tables littered with garbage and food. The young lady that took our order was very nice. We received our order and the chicken wrap I ordered looked like it was thrown together and was falling apart and cold. The manager was there when I asked for a new one and not once did he apologize or even acknowledge me. Never said a word to the group of young men that couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and it was clear that the wrap was broken and falling apart. They all acted like they didn't know what they were doing and didn't want to be there. Does no one take pride anymore????"

"The service was quick and efficient. I always stop at a Wendy's instead of McDonald's when possible as there is no comparison on the taste of the hamburgers and the veggies on a Wendy's burger are always much fresher and crisper. And although I know the baconator fries are not good for me they are too delicious to pass up. The ones I had today could have used less salt though"
