"The 2 employees there work hard on New Years Day 2024, which is really amazing.. They both were very, very nice even with the craziness of doing cashier and drive through. Honesty between all of the Tim Hortons from Niagara Falls to Buffalo to Erie to Meadville. This one Was the best one I've been to. Great job!!!"

"I enjoyed going to this location daily until yesterday when I ordered a meal with orange juice and then ordered just an orange juice for my client I take care of who has seizures and staff decided to make the comment they couldn’t just say 2 orange juice when their head set was still on and I heard them at the drive thru speaker I love the food but be mindful of what is said that’s not great customer service and I won’t be returning"

"We were heading back home to New England and made this our late morning donut stop since it is located next to the Hampton Inn (we had our coffee at the Hampton Inn prior to leaving) that we were staying at. Ordered from drive-thru, so can't say anything about the inside. The entrance and exit were convenient, slow down a bit, so you don't pass it (as I did). The service was great! The prices were your average donut prices. The parking lot was a nice size and isn't connected to a plaza or anything of that sort. I say give it a try."
