"I came here for the first time in years of not caring for myself. My sister encouraged me, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, Tony, my stylist for the day, was at the front desk, and he was very dismissive from the beginning. I wished I had trusted my gut about him. He gave me the worst haircut ever, and I had to ask him to blow it dry because he was not planning to since he was busy. If you have curly hair, like me, you know you must polish it a lot, or it will stay frizzy. When he finished, my hair looked like a wig you just took out of the dryer. He refused to fix it because "he doesn't do that," and not satisfied with that, he told me my hair wouldn't improve no matter what I did. "That's how your hair is," he told me. What a Horrible experience. Fortunately, another stylist flat ironed my hair, which improved, although the bad haircut and the frustration remained. Not recommending this place, and definitely not going back."

I can trust them with my hair due to it being difficult finding someone who works well with textured and colored hair.
