"Waited in line to order. Instead of taking the order ( There was nobody in line behind me) the register person ran to the nackbto work the fryer for over 5 minutes and when they came back to the counter, instead of taking the order they turned thier back to the counter and filled drive thru orders even though the drive through person wasn't slammed. Great work flow decisions. Walked out without ordering or saying anything."

"The experience started off great. She was very pleasant And when ordering we thought we were ready and she seemed to have and attitude when I asked her to hold on a minute. When we asked for sauce it seemed to be an inconvenience. Then the mood changed once at the window. Customer service was atrocious! We said thank you and they couldn’t be bothered to say you’re welcome.. She didn’t even offer sauce we has to ask."
"Who doesn't love an Arby's sandwich! They were very busy during my visit at lunch and still were very quick with service. The food was hot and fresh. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend stopping by this location. Only complaint would be the floor was noticeable sticky when walking around."
