"Very poor first experience. Staff at this branch is not helpful at all especially at a stressful time. I had my debit card stolen along with my ID. I brought multiple alternative forms of ID as well as my expires ID, bank statements and a check to prove my ownership of my account and was denied assistance. I went to another branch in Shillington with the same documents and was able to get a temporary card. I almost left this bank completely but the last bank representative saved me and made me continue using this bank. It's the difference between a worker who WANTS to help you and a worker who won't."

"Listen to the reviews and don't waste your time; if you ever encounter an issue online, good luck. The physical branches state it's not something they deal with, and the customer service reps won't deal with it either. I was getting locked out of my account due to a false security issue and needing to reset the password multiple times a day, called every few weeks and was told it would be "escalated," just to never hear from them again. I used to have a joint account, and the other account was closed. They WILL NOT change the info on file to my information despite claiming to have done so multiple times, it still requires the other person's info, so it sends security codes to a phone number that no longer exists. All in all, just avoid the headaches because this bank completely outsourced its customer service to people who have zero clue what they're doing."
"I went to FNB today morning, I drove around an hour since there is no branch in KOP. the employee who did the job named “Kim”, she did her job very professionally and accurately in a short time. I would like to say “Thank YOU very much Kim”"
"Standing outside of this Branch this morning from 8:55 on. I waited patiently by the door reading the sign says they open at 9:00 a.m. . At 9:00 a.m. I grabbed the handle to open the door. The woman from behind the counter who had seen me for 5 minutes frantically waved over to indicate there is one minute left on the clock when using my cell phone national time service it was at 901. Then as a proceeded to walk up to the teller they decided to inform me for a second time the doors aren't open until 9:00 a.m. which I am well aware of from the sign on the door that says they open at 9:00 even though they clearly can see a customer out front at 8:59 available ready and patiently waiting. They have a sign up that says redefining customer service. You got that right. Redefined as terrible customer service. The teller that finally did help me was pleasant and I appreciate her service the rest of the staff could use an attitude adjustment. From your first customer Tuesday morning I'm sure you remember."
