"I hate to be writing this review but accountability has to be had. I've been to her salon a couple of times and here have been the pros and con's of what I've experienced: Pros: - Her color jobs are good. -She's on time and her assistant is nice enough Cons: -She reinstalled my sew in extensions poorly and they were falling out after just a week and a half. I messaged her with photos politely asking when she had an opening to fix them and she never responded. Ghosted. -The way she installed my sew in was not right for my hair type and resulted in excessive breaking. -When I had asked for a full color to go darker she took creative liberties without my concent and only dyed half of my hair... Leaving half of it and awful brassy brown while other half a rich dark brown. -Her attempts at blending and layering were amateur at best and I was shocked. She cut straight across leaving my hair looking like a two different lengths stacked on top of each other. Her lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism has been a disappointment and I can not in good conscience recommend her for hair services."

"Highly skilled and she actually listens to what you want! She is honest and will tell you what your hair can do and what might not work. I am extremely picky with my hair stylists and since moving to Maryland I’ve had many, many cuts that I had to alter once I was home. Not with Rania! She is the real deal. Highly recommend!"

"Rania is amazing! Not only is she a fantastic colorist, but she is able keep my naturally curly hair tamed - and she's a lovely human being as well!! My girls go to her as well (we all have different hair types) - she's great with us all! Highly recommend!!"
