Four Twelve Project

"This is our second time at Four Twelve Project. I just wanted their giant bowl of fried Brussels. Mary, our server was friendly, food was delicious, and the drinks came out quick. We ordered three appetizers and a small side to share for the two of us. Fried shrimp, fried Brussels, and bruschetta. Parmesan risotto as a small side. The appetizers were all delicious but the Parmesan risotto was perfect. I mean fresh, hot off the pot, cheesy goodness with fresh garlic. I’ve seen some bad reviews of this place being not kid friendly and rude servers but we’ve always had a great experience here and definitely will be back."

"Lovely local libations. We tried the cheese plate, which was fantastic wonder, full assortment of cheese with a variety of yummy little additions. The FTP burger was delicious... 100% recommend. The Mac and cheese is creamy, and the bread crums are delightful."

"My wife and I were sure there was not a great restaurant in Western PA until we took the recommendation of the Airport Hilton Garden Inn front desk and visited the Four Twelve Project. We had an amazing experience there. The vibe was positive despite being very busy. Our server, Sally, was fantastic. We ordered the candied bacon appetizer (pictured), which was plenty for us to share. She got the rib special (pictured) and I got one of their unique specialty burgers. They have a great selection of small PA brewery beers on draft. The food was through the roof. The place is a farm to table concept with ownership on site. If you can get in, do it. They do take reservations so don't count on getting lucky like we were. It is also very reasonably priced. Bravo!!! Loved it!"

"The experience I had here was wonderful! I'd always wanted to try it out, and finally went out with some friends for dinner on a Thursday night . The place is bigger than I thought, and was packed. I felt bad for staff as it looked like they were short staffed from their funny tshirts... But they did a great job staying on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious. I also had one of their special gin drinks, which was surprisingly strong but delicious! The restaurant was very clean as well. Very happy experience. I definitely will be back!"
