"I would say 0 stars if I could. Really rude staff, ruined my hair color here and would not let me speak with the owner or give a refund. I showed Lynn a picture of the design I wanted and was fully ignored. They then told me to "be patient" and wait for Lynn to come back from vacation after 14 days to get it fixed. They said they cannot do anything in the meantime and wouldn't even offer any other stylist to fix it. Will not give you your money back or even attempt to keep a customer satisfied. Never going here again."

"The staff was friendly but the results were not only bad but also in no way what I asked for. While the lady was cutting my hair I showed her what I wanted and when I notice that what she was doing was starting to look different from what I asked for, I told her not to cut too much off and she just replied with I'm just trying to make you look good for school. The staff was nice and all but blatantly ignoring a complaint I bring up while working you are working on someones hair is just not ok. I'll have to wait another few months for my hair to grow more so I can get the hair cut I wanted. I will never be returning to this store ever again."

"Our first time here, after being recommended by my wife's coworker. We got there early and it was no problem. Took Ryan right in. Showed the stylist a picture of what Ryan wanted. "Ok." She did an excellent job and was very quick. Much more like a classic barber shop. Well the colors inside really follow that. They prefer cash to credit and they were much cheaper than where we had been going. We already made appointments for the rest of the family."
