"The worst customer service I've ever had with a braider in the DMV, and that's before I even went in to get my hair done. I called her for an appointment and she was reluctant to give me a time until I politely told her that if she was unavailable to let me know so I could look for other options, since I'll be traveling and needed to get my hair done. She immediately gave me an appointment for noon the next day. Come noon she would not take my calls to confirm whether I should come in. When she finally took my call, she told me she had another customer and asked me not to call her again! Thankfully I was able to get an appointment last minute elsewhere, so when I didn't show up she called (2 hours later!) to ask me when I was coming. I told her I wasn't and she basically hung up on me. I've never spoken to a ruder person in my life!"
