"Nobody seems to be able to fade. If you are in a pinch and need a quick cut, then maybe try. My concern is cleanliness of equipment and items. Watched as this lady took a comb full of hair from the previous customer and go towards my head. I see it everytime I go there. The clippers are not cleaned in between cuts either. I don’t want you combing my hair with dirty combs and cutting with dirty clippers. I gave this place many chances. But im done now. My visit date was 11/11."

"I wish I could give zero stars. My husband asked for medium fade, and he walked out with this. If our 4 month old wasn’t crying in the backseat, he would have gone back in and made them fix it. He asked for the most BASIC cut and this was the result. Never again. On par for the area though, I guess. These people shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair."

"Horrible customer service. Don't go. There is nothing less than one star so had to give one star. I had coupon for child hair cut for $11.99 which i received in my email from their website ( not from any other place). Upon arrival I showed the coupon to person at desk. She said ok. After haircut at payment coupon didn't go through. So I asked why you didn't check that when I presented the coupon if its going to work or not. After couple of try I said ok if coupon is not working. Other person working there suggested to go to their location online and request coupon which I did but obviously it takes couple mins for email to show up in the inbox. But person who cut the hair was so impatient and rude she couldn't even wait for 2 mins. She is like I can't wait. I paid full price and got Horrible customer service. All of this happened in less than 3-4 mins. Bottom line go there if you like to be talked rudely."

"This is the WORST Great Clips, no, worst place I have ever gone for a haircut. Extremely rude owner and unconcerned staff. I am not normally fussy about these things, but these people were openly, extremely and unnecessarily offensive. Here is my experience - I went in for a haircut and when I sat on the chair, without even asking me what I wanted, the stylist took the scissor to my hair. And trust me, I am the most no fuss person when it comes to my hair, I only wanted to trim a few inches. But how would she know that without asking? But that isn't even my biggest problem here. When I stopped her and explained to her what I wanted, the owner passed by, and in a very loud and rude manner said this to stylist - If the people want to change their mind about the cut they want, they will be charged twice. I am sure he fully meant to convey that to me, and I could not even believe my ears. Here I was only explaining (for the very first time) what I wanted, because how else is she to know? And this guy intervenes for no good reason, and decides to be rude and obnoxious, while he is at it. Clearly I am never going to this place again."
