"I guess I’m giving a one star bc the lady was nice. But I’m fairly certain she never went to cosmetology school. She absolutely butchered my son’s hair. He had long curly hair down to his shoulders and I asked for a 2inch trim still shaggy/surfer hair. She gave him an uneven bowl cut that looks like he got into a pair of scissors and did it himself. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. They also make you rate the cut while you check out so you feel obligated to give them a good rating. Just be warned. If your child has longer hair and curly STAY AWAY!!"

"The worst experience I’ve had. First lady I dealt with was asking me if I want my daughter to get a hair wash because it looks clean! I felt like she was just trying to avoid doing it. I ignored and continued. Something weird happened and then they sent another lady for hair cut, who didn’t wanted to make effort to do the style I asked them for so she insisted on the easier one. But then when I didn’t agree to that style, she showed the picture to another lady and she came and started cutting her hair like she didn’t care how it’s gonna look after she was done! Completely not the style I was looking for as you can see in the pictures. Oh and my daughter is very patient that she was sitting very quietly without giving them any trouble that may end up with rushing to finish the hair cut! Very disappointed. Will never go there again. All the 3 ladies I dealt with that day kind of made me feel like they just don’t want to make any effort! Wasted $35 for such bad service"
