"First off, the customer service great! The gentlemen who were working were kind and helpful! I ordered the 16 piece meal for my family, it had a variety of pieces (thigh, wing, and breast) and it was fantastic! All of the sides we got were amazing! We particularly liked the potato salad and cole slaw! Overall great experience!"

"The people working here are always very pleasant. The chicken waffle bites are tasty especially dipped in the warm maple syrup that accompanies them. Mashed potatoes and potato salad are also very satisfying. Unfortunately the greens, while very tender, were in a very, very salty brown broth. There was an aftertaste I can't put my finger on. Beef maybe? I've attached a picture. I removed most of the greens to get a better look at the liquid. Not something I would try again. The corn muffin that came with the meal was so incredibly dry it turned to crumb dust the minute I tried to pick it up. While not everything was on point with this meal they do make the best chicken in the valley and I'd order just chicken from here anytime."

"I very much enjoyed the MS Chicken Shack! I've been super excited to try it ever since I moved to the area and today was the day. I called and spoke with Finn when I placed my order. He took care of everything for us and he even let us place separate orders for separate payment. He even made a joke saying that he was so lucky to be able to talk with two people to place one phone call order. When I arrived, the outside of the place looks like it may have been a jeweler or something of the sort at one time or another, but when you go inside, you feel completely transformed like you are in a different area. Finn greeted me when I came in and gave me the complete rundown of their establishment. He said that they only make orders as they come in and everything in the whole place is made from scratch. We tried the waffle chicken, which is like chicken and waffles flavoring in chicken and breeding, we also tried the regular chicken which is super delicious!! We were very impressed with the home cooked feel of the meal. We also tried the green beans (amazing), the collars greens (perfect), the cole slaw (very delicious), the french fries (pretty good), and the corn muffins (super delicious). All in all we had a great experience and plan on going back and trying more soon!"
