Big Shot Bob's House of Wings - Ellwood City

"Ordered delivery, eta said 45, took 2 hours. I called after just under one hour and they told me our food was ready but they were waiting on their driver. Called again a half hour later and they said their driver just left with our food but had two other deliveries 20 minutes away from us. Finally my husband called and tried to cancel but got hung up on. By the time our food actually arrived it was cold, hard, and gross."

"I wish I could comment on the food, but it never made it to me. I placed an order on Doordarsh 2 hours ago. I was told this location uses their own delivery drivers, not doordash's drivers. Got a notification that my food was delivered a half hour ago, but I still don't have it. Called the store, and they hung up on me as soon as i started complaining about the situation. I'll never spend another dime in this place."

"With Big shot Bobs you know you’re always going to get good wings! My husband and I have taken out (it’s only take out) here a handful of times, and have had all good experiences. The wings come with lots of sauce and are always nice and crunchy. Their fries are seasoned nicely! They say at least 30 mins per order because they fry all of their wings fresh, but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes which is nice. I personally think there are too many sauce options, but that’s not a big deal."

"Absolutely banging! I am a manager from another local business that is up from them and one of their guys dropped of a menu. I am talking with our vice president and we decided t get wings. Got the hot and blew my mind good. Neither one of us are area people and will definitely be ordering more. Prices were less than expected and service was fast and accurate. Thanks guys!"
