"I believe that Doussou purposely braided my hair too tight because I did not want the other lady to do my hair. I believe they do not have respect for black Americans. I had a lot of sores from all the pulling and loss some hair. I will never go there again . Also, they don’t wash the combs when the fall in the floor or they get one from another station . My head was itching a lot, I had to wash my hair the next day to get some relief . Very nasty"

"They cut my hair this place is no good. You going to be sorry if you go and get your hair braided then when you take it out your hair in the of your head is extremely shorter than the rest because they chopped up the back of your head. These are some nasty people. This is my first time using them but I'm always nice."

"I went in 3 weeks ago for medium size box braids. Within the next week I was already taking them out I had sores in my scalp because she braided my hair too tight. I couldn’t even enjoy the 2-3 weeks of having them. Ridiculous how much I paid for them! The lady took her lunch break after starting my hair and left me in the chair while she ate and talked for 20 minutes. They don’t wash your hair either better yet I don’t think they wash the braiding hair. DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!! The prices they charge are random as f$&k there’s no real pricing it’s determined by what you want and how much real hair you already have. I rather have paid the price I paid here somewhere else and have had it done right! NEVER GO HERE!!!"

"I was able to walk in and have my 10 year old daughter serviced. They shared what they believed would be best in regards to my daughter's hair length and texture and how long it should last. I went with the intention to get her medium-sized cornrows but decided to get knotless braids instead. We waited about 30 minutes before they started. I was able to leave and pick her up in three hours. Only flaw, wish they washed her hair (good thing it wasn't too dirty)"
