"I received crochet locs on October 7th, 2023. By October 18th locs began to unravel. I was so annoyed because I’m a truck driver so I don’t have much time to stop. The back was so tight but the front is where I’m losing locs. Almost like she started getting tired towards the end of doing my hair. Thus far I’ve had three locs come undone and I haven’t even greased my scalp. I would not recommend coming here for crochet locs. Not to mention the girl kept trying to deranged my hair with a comb your suppose to part with lol."

"NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. Ann was late for the appointment. I had to wait outside in front of the shop until she arrived. She never apologized for her lateness. Ann used a nasty very HOT brush blow dryer with other client's hair in it to straighten my hair before braiding it and continued to use the same dirty brush on another client and the client's daughter hair. She was so busy constantly talking on her cellphone that she dropped the comb she was using to part my hair on the floor and only changed combs because I insisted. She never stopped talking on that nasty cellphone the entire appointment. She NEVER washed her hands. Very unprofessional, LOUD talking, twerking, laughing and joking with the other braider and other customers. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!"
