Wendy's

"This Wendy’s is my go-to fast food restaurant and it’s always been mediocre at best. Though lately they’ve really upped their game. For the past few months, the service (I’ve only ever gone through the drive-through) has gotten a lot friendlier and their food has incredibly improved. Their nuggets are tastier and crispier, and they actually take time to properly prepare the cheese fries. At first my boyfriend and I thought they were just having a good day, but the improved service and food quality continued to be stable after that day forward."

"Ordered delivery cuz they had a great promo. Waited over an hour and we live a few minutes away. Will never never never order delivery again."

"When you get your food here, it’s fine. But we just spent more than 20 minutes in line at the drive through and it didn’t move at all. Got fed up and left the line. This isn’t an isolated incident as this happened almost every time we go to this Wendy’s."

"Sat in the drive thru for a good half hour, sat at the second window for a good ten minutes. Was NOT PLEASED to see my cups being held between a woman’s armpit and breast. I was given my food before my drinks, which I had to remind them about the coffee sitting in front of them, in which she failed to give me a straw for. Gave me a spoon for queso fries, I’m sorry but social hour in the back window is backing up the restaurant and pissing off guests. Evaluate who’s working and who’s hanging out. These girls were more concerned about their own conversations rather than the work they were being paid to do. This has been a reoccurring issue, will not come back for lunch."

"Customer service was sub par. The cashier was more interested in joking with the staff than taking my order. When another party had their order come up, it was announced but done in a way that it was not heard, and I had to let them know to grab their food."
