I work up the road in Sparks and have been going to Great Clips in Timonium; however, they closed that location, so I searched on Google maps for a nearby barber shop. Really happy Anita's popped up, because I made a same-day appointment with whoever was availble around lunch time. Much better haircut that I've ever had a Great Clips - Michael really did a nice job with my very unruly locks! I'm pscyhed to have a new barber so close to where I work!"

"Walked in here for a haircut. First thing: dog. Seems they keep the dog there for protection of sorts.. anyway, odd finding dogs roaming freely in retail establishments. I asked for a #3 haircut while preserving the overall hairline. One asked if I had an appointments and then spoke of the other one saying she was in training but she’s “good”. Conclusion 1: unless you have an appointment, you are passed on some rookie. Then, the other one asked if I want #3 all around. I repeated the instruction above. She said she got it. Sat on the chair and she started the work. To my horror, she simply kept on running the machine until ruining my hairline altogether. Then they both came apologizing profusely for misunderstanding and aggressively defensive accusing me of asking for the #3 all around. Conclusions 2 & 3: they can’t/don’t know how to talk to people AND they use actual humans to train in hair dressing. Their recourse was to charge me nothing for the damage. Petty."
