"I’m giving a shoutout and huge “Thank You” to manager, Will, Liam and Erica. My mom purchased an outdoor heater online. I picked it up today but it had been damaged in previous transport. Not their fault though. Since they had sold out of the one my mom purchased, Will offered me the floor model and made sure I could take it with me right then. I have a small car so, obviously it wouldn’t fit without dismantling the floor model. These 3 employees certainly held true in the Customer satisfaction guarantee! Liam took time and care to dismantle the unit and figured out a way to get it into my little car. Will was helping Liam and multitasking with his job as manager at the same time. Erica made sure my needs as a customer were met all while keeping a smile with a professional and friendly attitude. These days, it’s not easy to find such personalized customer service soooo…. Thank you Tractor Supply! Kudos on hiring the folks that make sure your customers are happy… even when they dismantle a floor model to make that happen! I will always be a loyal customer, especially at your Huntingtown location!"

"We went to tractor supply store for the inexpensive veterinary care they offer at specific times and days. The prices were great. The only downside was waiting in an environment that was stressful for the dog. We will definitely go back and probably arrive sooner. Horner, the service could be provided better by allowing customers to check in like one does at a restaurant when waiting for a table."

The brands I buy from TSC are always more durable and reliable than any other place I buy from. If there is an issue with a product you can always find someone to help you make it right.
