"I have been to this location dozens of times due to it’s the closest to where I work. They have NEVER taken a call. I switched because of the terrible service to the Plains location and they are amazing! My Dr accidentally called my prescription into the WB location and it said I have to call because it’s on hold. I’m on my 4th call today, on hold an average of 25 minutes before the system disconnects. Awful service, dirty location. Let’s not forget that you want to park closest to the entrance or leave and come back. Due to loitering and people selling random t-shirts in the parking lot. Keep your windows up after going through the drive thru because behind the building there’s always people wanting your prescriptions. Take your business to CVS Plains #02729. Not only do they care, but they’re quick AND answer every call timely. Including the pharmacists!"
