"Had a bad experience at the salon. Went for U-haircut and single hair color, got charged $236 because they considered my hair (just at the bottom of my breast) as long. My scalp was incredibly itchy during the coloring process. The stylist was not at all gentle with handling hair, she broke a lot of my hair and made the entire process painful. I came home with a headache. Even the blow dry was poorly done."

She asked how would i like my cut and I said like usual, 0 on the sides and faded up with about 1/2 inch off the top. She informed me that every person that cut my hair in the past did not charge me the correct amount and I will be charged $31.00 for a basic trim. I questioned her about the price and she repeated, every haircut I got in the past was at the incorrect price. I said no thank you, got up, and went across the street to Clips & Cutz where I was charged $19.80 due to being a USMC Veteran and I hit the button for 25% tip. My total bill was $24.75.
