"The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Me and one of my friends got dinner there for work one night and completely messed up our order three different times. So by the last time they apologized and said there’s 2 free combos on the house next time I come in! I went in today and told them I had 2 free combos and my name is written down. They were so cold and rude. Acting like I was in the wrong. They are so nonchalant and ignorant. As I was at the window the manager was even more rude and arrogant. That’s the end of my rant but I don’t recommend going here and now I can see why there rating is as low as it is."
