"I was there to get my daughters eye tooth exposed because it would not come down. I was not allowed in the room during the whole experience and had to ask to get any updates. My daughter experienced a lot of pain and said that the doctor and nurse was very rude about everything. She said the whole time she was in pain and the numbing didn't help. When she told the doctor he just gave her more numbing and said she needs to calm down and was to emotional. She couldn't stop crying for at least hour after it was already completed. The plan that was agreed on was to have gas and numbing but she was only given numbing. Overall the experience was so much worse then it needed to be and I would not recommend this place for anyone."

"The office was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Ngai was the best. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and the procedure was fast and painless. I had 2 teeth extracted (2 different times). Fearing when my wisdom tooth was going to be removed, that I would be in so much pain. It took minutes to remove. The worst pain was from the Novocaine shot in the roof of my mouth, the removal was nothing. The nurse even rubbed my shoulder when I was having the shot and Dr. Ngai warned me ahead of time, that it would hurt a little."
