"MY WAITRESS WAS FAST TO REFILL MY GLASS and stopped by my table 4 times to see if I needed anything. My order was serviced hot and tasted so good. I've noticed that Cracker Barrels around my area have really good food at a reasonable price. I plan to eat there again very soon."

"We usually love our food at Cracker barrel but thebfood was terrible. I got hamburger steak it was so tough and tasted like someone used the whole shaker of garlic powder on it.my mashed potatoes was grey and cold the salad was fine. One of biscuits was split open with burnt end on the split, and on corn muffin had what looked like someone spit tobacco on it. My Mother got chicken and dumplings that was ok but not great. The waitress was wonderful. At checkout they ask if everything was ok? My Mom answered I guess, she quickly said ok. That was it. This was not a good experience."

"I ordered curbside pickup for my son and me from Cracker Barrel at 8:41 pm. The confirmation email stated a 9:14 pm ready time, which seemed excessive for items that required no cooking. Arriving around 9:00 pm to an almost empty parking lot, we waited until 9:15 pm before going inside. The teller, seemingly without checking, assured us they were preparing our order. While playing checkers, the manager delivered our food at 9:28 pm, offering no explanation for the delay. When questioned, he pointed to the 9:14 pm pickup time despite it being 9:28 pm. The salad looked unappetizing with end pieces of lettuce, and my son's shrimp and fries were ice-cold (refer to attached pictures). The overall service, including lazy cooks and servers, coupled with untrained and rude managers, was disappointing. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs!!"
