"Server was delightful, wish I could recall her name. Friendly, staff, prompt service, food delivered in a short time, food served fresh and hot. Great sweet tea."

"Ordered takeout and the food was inedible. The “turkey” was tiny little mashed up gristle pieces. They should have been embarrassed to ever plate the meal they sent out. The potato “soup” is basically chunks of potato with cheese sauce. It isn’t even remotely a soup. Definitely avoid the pumpkin pie. It tasted like a frozen pie that they dumped a jar of cinnamon on top of. The banana nut bread was mushy and not fully baked. Just overall a disaster of a meal, would never order from them again. Their manager had agreed to refund the meal but forgot to do so in the end. Bob Evans has lost a family/customer."

"Disappointed. Service was good but a little slow. Cleanliness and general maintenance do not meet expectations for what Bob Evans was built on. The food was warm, not hot. Food quality and taste were severely lacking. Overall, Bob Evans no longer meets the high standards they had when the company was younger. I appreciate the fact that they have done great things with menu choices, menu options, and menu variations over the years, but without the quality standards they used to uphold, these menu changes mean very little."

"As a Minnesotan we don't have Bob Evans, we do have the mashed potatoes at the grocery store & they're pretty good so I wanted to come try the restaurant. I ordered the big egg breakfast & a strawberry citrus splash. It was really good. I wish the bacon was a little crispier, but its alright. The drink was great. I would definitely come back again when I'm in WV. We had great service & got our to go order when we were ready to leave."
