"I would not visit this place anymore the girl that’s doing the balloons have an horrible attitude the other lady’s were trying to help us find something we couldn’t find and she told them in front of us the they were to nice and that we had legs and arms to walk to look for it like we work there and when we were going to pay she still was talking about us the coustumers and the lady’s that helped us I don’t know her name but I know she was the one that in charge on blowing the balloons. Horrible attitude if you don’t like your job you should look for something you actually like!!"

"Liz was great. I was in a time crunch and unfamiliar with the items I needed locations and cost. I was willing to wait my turn but Liz not only stopped what she was doing on 3 occasions but also stopped to open a register to help me get back to my meeting. I wanted to recognize her excellent service because most people only write reviews when they have a bad experience and do not take the time to give that same energy to good service so thank you Liz"

"The worst Party City for balloons. If youre looking to purchase balloons for an event chances are they “dont have helium” They NEVER seem to have helium. Ive been here on 3 separate occasions (weeks or months apart) and everytime they have “no helium”. Idk if it’s laziness or the person on balloon duty was at lunch. But it was not busy any of the times and on one occasion I saw a customer leave with a set of balloons but I was told “no helium” when I tried to purchase my ONE balloon"

"Placed an online order and was told it ready for pickup. When we get there the order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Finally get the order. When at the party realize that several items were not included. Worked with what we had and made the party work. Call store to complain refuse to issue refund unless we physically travel back to the store.... For items we did not receive. Horrible experience"
