"We went out for breakfast. I like their omelet with the onion and two different kind of peppers it comes with ham but I like it without ham .cause the week before we went to the one in Steubenville. Plus I bought two coffee cups. The service was very good. Me my husband and my daughter and her boyfriend went to Bob Evans for breakfast"

"I've been ordering from this location for the past year. Unfortunately it's the only restaurant that will deliver to my area that isn't pizza. The food quality is getting worse and portions are getting more skimpy. I gave them one more chance and once again the order was missing items and the chicken was rubbery. I didn't get any avocado in my avocado chicken. My side of corn was missing. They didn't give me any butter for the rolls. They gave me a half filled small container of gravy for the family sized mashed potatoes. This meal cost me over $100! I will NOT be ordering from them ever again! TERRIBLE!!!"

"I called at 6pm to place a carryout order for 8pm. When I arrived it was 7:50pm, by the time I got my order it was 8:20pm. What was the point of even making a carryout order if it wasn't ready? Instead of leaving work right away and grabbing my dinner, I had to wait 30 minutes for an order that should have already been finished and ready. When I asked about my order the first time ( I waited 10 minutes), the woman handling my order ( Aubrey ) said " sorry it will be a few mins" well those minutes turned into more minutes. When I asked again, she walked into the back to talk to manager and was gone for awhile. When she came back again, all she could say was sorry. I wasn't compensated for my time or my wait and on top of that, no one could explained or bother to tell me that my order wasn't even worked or started on. While she was nice, her lack of communication was terrible. While the food was good, the service was terrible and I will not be back to this location. If you want better service and a better experience, you're better off driving to st clairsville or wheeling. No one should have to wait half an hour for a carryout order, especially if called in advance."
