Mel's Hometown Restaurant

"was disappointed in mel’s today.. food was amazing per usual but the server didn’t check on us once after we got our food! we all had no drinks and needed ranch for our food but we just had to eat because she never came back. only time she came back was 20 min later to give us our bill. would understand if she was busy but she routinely checked on her other tables. think it was bc we are teenagers, but i normally tip 30% since im a server myself!"

"10/27/23. I visited with my sister on my way to a funeral in Erie. We left Kane at 7 am. Stopped in warren at Mama Janes but it looked like it wasnt open. So I said we'll go to Mels in Corry. Well I will not recommend this because of the man in orange shirt who check me out. Waitress was very pleasant. Food was good, HOWEVER when I went to pay with my credit card and asked for change for a ten , man said I don't have much change , across the street he said he didn't specify where . But then threw 2 $5 bills on the counter. I didn't think about taking cash with me so I paid with my card and tipped with cash. He was not pleasant."

"Lots of confusion says you can order take out but when you call they say they don’t do that and to come in and eat?? Def change your website!! Was good when we went the last time but we just had a baby and coming in is hard for us that’s why the take out option is great for us"
