"Called and left a voicemail twice to inquire about setting up a time to do a ponytail donation for Wigs for Kids (this salon is listed on Wigs for Kids website). Took several days to return my call after two voicemails and when they did the tone was pretty unfriendly and felt as though I was bothering them with the questions. I can't speak to the quality of their salon services since I did not book here and this review is for the customer service I encountered."

"The customer service is so bad it’s funny. I’m new to the area, walked in because I thought the store was interesting and was looking to get a trim anyway and I was greeting in the rudest manner I almost laughed. The woman with the sleeves tattoos “the owner” did not greet me, just looked at me and very rudely asked what I wanted. I stayed and pretended to be interested in her services to pick up on her vibe some more but it was just all wrong. How can someone leave that bad of an impression when they own a business dealing with customer service. Like I said it’s actually kinda funny and laughed about it when I told my girlfriends. Your store looks cool tho has a nice tattoo parlor feel!"

"I have been waiting to cut my hair for a few months. I wanted it to grow a bit more so I could cut off as much colored hair as possible. Danielle did a fantastic job and I am loving my "short" hair. She is excellent with shampooing and brushing hair, something I don't like other people doing for me. We kept the cut pretty simple but I am really excited about going back in the future. She honestly knows how to cut curly hair specifically (and doesn’t just say that she does;) I really feel like she hears me with what I want and takes it to the next Level. By far she gives the best haircuts I have had ever! And the way she knows how to style my curls… I wish I could Take her with me everywhere! Not to mention everybody is so nice and creates such an enjoyable experience."
