"Arrived as a rush was ending and customers were mostly leaving after lunchtime. Our food was not good. Bacon had been dropped into the deep fryer and came out in balls instead of strips. Poached eggs were microwaved in a ramekin and were tough and rubbery. Home fries were hard and underdone. Barely saw wait staff. Would not recommend."

"Stopped at a small diner in Hookstown, PA because our 5 year old had to use the bathroom. Of course, when 1 has to go, EVERYONE has to go (so i go in there with 3 kids). But thankful for this sweet employee who was very polite, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. She had customers to tend to, but was very attentive to my kids (despite only intending to use the bathroom). Thank you, Emerson. Every business needs an employee like you"

"Met up with someone here and decided to try the food. The beef wasn't tasty at all, and the gravy for the hot roast beef and county fried steak was straight pepper and burnt tasting. The mozzarella sticks were so soft you couldn't even pick them up without them breaking apart, they needed done a lil bit longer. Waitress was nice and informative though, service seems ok here, just not the food."

"This restaurant gets a pretty steady flow of customers, and I can see why. The food is very good, the serving sizes large, the prices fair, and it's a nice environment to eat in. I found the servers helpful and polite, even though they were kept quite busy. I'll definitely come back again. If there are any disadvantages, the wait time can be pretty long, and the bathrooms are only single-person rooms, which can make for a wait at a busy restaurant."
