"I always order here. Food is amazing but customer service, not so great! One day I ordered for pickup, I went inside to get my food and my total was $9.70. I was told that there is a $10 minimum for debit card purchases, once I arrived to pick up my order. I said you can charge $10 to my card. Cashier said she can’t do that and called up her manager. Manager stated that it is against their “policy” to take card transactions under $10. I stated to manager, just charge my card $10. The said I have to purchase another item or they can charge my card $2.00 more. That’s the only options. I kindly told manager that, you cannot force a customer to spend a certain amount. They are free to spend whatever they want to spend and there’s no such thing as a minimum. Policies aren’t law and customers are always right."
"My family has been ordering from Verree for years, off the top of my head I’m not sure how long but probably closer to a decade. Great food and the best prices in the entire city. I’ve had many things from the menu but some of my personal favorites are the Philly fries, Mega fries, Sicilian pizza with steak, steak Stromboli, and white pizza with spinach. They have the best cheesesteaks too, I get them with fried onions and green peppers."
