"I went into my my appointment today and I had the master stylist do my hair (The manager/Rhonda) and I came in with extremely long hair she talked me into getting 5 inches cut off which was fine but it turned out like this. My hair before was the picture with the long hair. She definitely took way more than just five inches off and the so called layers are very choppy and uneven on one side compared to the other. I did not even notice until I got home or I would of said something (probably because she didn’t bother showing me my hair like most stylist do/ I think she knew she messed up). She charged me 34 dollars for this now I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed and spend more money. She should not be a manger if she cannot cut hair even. I would put a 0 star if I could."
