"We had other kitchen contractors give us estimates. They were in the same price range as Beautiful Kitchens. The best thing is BK had their own people doing the work. No subs! Rob and his crew were great. I have and would recommend BK to all of my friends. My wife & I are very happy with the results!"

"If your looking for a kitchen remodel, I would NOT recommend this company! They are extremely overpriced and for the price that you pay, the material quality as well as the work quality is very sub-par. We've paid this company nearly $29K and our kitchen is still unfinished. After the cabinets and countertops were installed, there were several areas we addressed that showed that the job was done improperly and needed to be fixed before we were to pay them anymore money. That was unacceptable to them and they are refusing to do anymore work on the kitchen until we pay them the rest of the money owed. Even when we brought the attention of the shoddy work to the woman overseeing the project, she wouldn't even respond to us...which I find very unprofessional! Now, nearly 1 year later, we have a unfinished kitchen in which we will try to find a decent contractor nearby that can complete the work. Also, our entire kitchen will need to be repainted because BK&B contractors put holes in our kitchen walls and did the most amateur patchwork over them, I've ever seen. Soon we'll be doing a bathroom remodel and we will definitely NOT be hiring Beautiful Kitchens and Bath for that! UPDATE: Shortly After this review was posted, I was contacted by the BK&B contractor. He came over, fixed the issues mentioned and finished the remainder of the work."

"Could not be more impressed with the customer service and follow through of the people at Beautiful Kitchens and Baths! It is obvious they truly care about their clients. My parents were getting a new kitchen and there was an issue with a vendor not delivering on time which would leave them without a range/oven for about a month. Even before I called to say something needed to be done so they had access to something through that time they were working on finding a solution. They even did the miraculous job of getting what they had ordered in time. But even if they hadn't they were as concerned as I was that they wouldn't have a range/oven for that amount of time and were solving it before I got involved. I've consistently heard how wonderful they've been through this whole process, and how impressed my parents were with the design. My only disappointment is that they aren't in PA so I can have them do my kitchen :-)"
