Bed to Go

"This is the second time that I've come to this business to buy mattresses and both times the store was closed. The business hours state that they open at 11am on Sunday. I called to verify the day before and they assured me that the listed hours were correct. However when I arrive on Sunday at 11am they aren't open. I wait for an hour and they still haven't opened the store. Beware before going to this business."

"I hoped they would exceed my expectations but I found was this to be a bootleg and unprofessional as the store front. They don't know anything about mattresses other than it feels good or it doesn't. Lol.. My mom insisted this was the good price so we went with it. They delivered my mattress with plastic and tarp on one side. "I should have known better" but we had to open it to see it because everyone knows tarp is blue and thick. We opened it to find a mattress I paid 370 for to have water damage on the bottom. If I'm paying for a mattress from a business NOT offerup or a hand me down app I expect ot to arrive in new condition. They were closed Sunday I waited until Monday and this guy tell em, you can pay the delivery fee, to pick it up and another to drop it off. They did now want to take ownership of delivering a damaged mattress and wanted me to pay to have it corrected. I suggest going somewhere who cares about the produ t the provide customers with and actually knows what they are selling. Don't waste your time and hard earned money in here."

"If I could give this place ZERO Stars I would! My grandmother brought a bed from this place and only had the bed for 4 days and we find out that it is infested with BED BUGS! My daughter got bit it up because if this mattress! And when we went to ask for a refund we were told that we couldn't get one, but he can give her another bed half priced but they wanted to charged 100 and something dollars to send another possible infested mattress! Ummm no! Why would we accept another bed from y'all and that bed can be infested too?! I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want bed bugs!"

"Every time I buy beds from this location, the gentlemen is very polite and trust worthy, you pick it and he delivers just what u requested. He has always got a customer me if I ever need a mattress."
