"The sales lady was a bit rude, but it didn't stop me from buying a sectional. Biggest problem was notification of delivery. We were told two weeks minimum, and that I'd get an email notification. Turns out, two weeks actually means two days, with lessbthan ten hours notification, overnight. So my husband had to leave work on short notice, and rent a truck to remove our old couch and move in the massive, heavy boxes left on our porch at 8am on a Tuesday. We wound up spending $400+ in unexpected costs due to negligence in the delivery/ notification process."
