"Richard is the most high speed broker my husband and I have ever had when wanting to buy a home. We attempted to start the home buying process in two other states with 4 different brokers and with all four, we were always the ones to have to reach out to them and they all gave us stipulations on how to be approved by the VA and were always very difficult to get ahold of. However with Richard, it was a completely difference experience.
