"My sales experience was great, but the delivery team, management, drivers, and communication for this location was the absolute WORST EVER. I was set for a 2 hour window on Sunday, and the driver left before the 15 minute grace period. My sales person contacted the warehouse to reschedule for Tuesday and this warehouse closed all 206 open delivery slots and said there was nothing available until Wednesday. This warehouse didn't have any other sales for my delivery area, so they closed all the slots. I tried to call the warehouse directly and they wouldn't make any e"

"Marcus and Melvin delivered my motorized pillow top mattress on Wednesday June 8th. From the moment the arrived, throughout the entire set up of bed frame and mattress to the final operation they were the best team I have ever observed performing their assigned task. I was well pleased and they confirmed my selection of The Mattress Firm Store. The highest number I can assign to them is 10 because that was the choice I was given.
